A good therapist will be superfluous as soon as possible. In self-hypnosis, hypnosis is performed by yourself. Self-hypnosis allows autonomous action.

Learn self-hypnosis in one session

Self-hypnosis is a very effective method that you can use for yourself. Self-hypnosis can accelerate healing processes, promote relaxation, boost strength, achieve goals more easily, defeat fear, remove bad moods, put an end to adverse habits and much more. The applications are varied and in your own hands.

Many people try to learn self-hypnosis independently through websites, books, and audios. This usually takes a long time, often does not work or at least does not lead to the possible trance states. Frustrated, many people break off their training and forego the many benefits of self-hypnosis.

It is easier with the help of an experienced hypnotherapist. So you get all the attention and techniques that are right for you. They experience and explore trance experiences, which are easier to reproduce later.

On request, I can teach you self-hypnosis techniques that you can use whenever you need them. There are various elements to choose from, depending on the destination and individual wishes.

With existing trance experiences made in hypnosis, a 2 to 3-hour session is usually sufficient, otherwise, one to three preparatory sessions lasting 1.5 hours are recommended.

You will experience trance and learn in an intensive way how to reach and use this pleasant state yourself.

Frequently Ask Questions About Self-hypnosis

Answers to questions my clients ask me.

1. Does self-hypnosis work for everyone?

Only a few people are classically un-hypnotizable. Most people show at least moderate trance depth. I believe most people can benefit from self-hypnosis.

2. When will I notice the results of self-hypnosis

Everybody is unique and everyone will experience self-hypnosis unique. Therefore everybody will respond differently and experience positive changes at different speeds and times. Some people will notice an instant shift, others may realize after a few days, whereas for others it might take weeks, even months before they notice changes by using self-hypnosis without a therapist.

Usually, some positive side-effects will show up even early in the beginning.

3. How safe is hypnosis? Should I be worried?

Trance is a naturally occurring, beneficial, positive state, and is very safe when used the way I teach it to my clients. Many myths and misconceptions exist about hypnosis. One of the tales is that people may become stuck and being unable to wake-up. This can never happen and once you understand what hypnosis and trance are, you will have no such concerns again.

4. Is self hypnosis suitable for everyone?

Self-hypnosis is suitable for almost everyone but there are contraindications. Some people should not be induced into a state of hypnosis. I cannot and will not give medical advice, so if you are in any doubt your suitability to experience hypnosis, then consult your medical doctor.

5. Where should I practice?

The ideal place for self-hypnosis will be somewhere that is private, safe, comfortable and calm. This will usually be indoors but it is also possible to practice self-hypnosis anywhere. Just make sure you feel comfortable and free from noise disturbance or interruptions. With some experience, you can do it nearly everywhere.

6. Isn’t it better to be hypnotized by someone else?

With self-hypnosis, you gain more independence and control. Self-hypnosis does not replace psychotherapy. Self-hypnosis supplements the therapy with a professional therapist.
